At Sedici, food and people come together around one long table. Inspired by the Italian tradition of tavolata, Sedici is a contemporary dining concept centered around sharing – shared plates, shared conversations, and shared time.

Founded by Fabio Lauria and Loris Ghiotto, two friends sharing the same passion for beautiful things – food, design, atmosphere, and the art of gathering – Sedici brings these worlds together around one long table. Inspired by their Italian roots and the culture they grew up with, the concept reflects a way of dining that feels warm, generous, and effortless.

The concept follows a simple and considered approach, focusing on thoughtful design and the intimate atmosphere created through coming together to eat with sixteen people, sedici in Italian.
